We make every effort to prevent any warranty items from coming up after the sale of your home, but if you do have a warranty request we ask that you submit them in writing (email, online form, or mail).

We provide homeowner’s with a one year Limited Warranty & a 2-10 warranty that takes effect after the first year.
Year One: Please refer to your Limited Warranty & (yellow) Homeowner Handbook to determine if it is a homeowner maintenance item or warranty item.
Years 2-10: Please follow the guidelines as covered in warranty booklet.
For Emergencies: Please contact the subcontractor directly (names & numbers given prior to closing - i.e. Electrician, HVAC, Plumber).
