Wayne Easler, owner of Easler Construction Company & Easler Homes, has been building in the Southern Crescent area since 1985.  Wayne is a degreed Industrial Engineer, a graduate of Southern Tech in Marietta, Ga., his hometown.  He has a background in architectural engineering and "hands on" experience in all phases of construction.  Prior to 1985, Wayne worked with several large corporations in various positions ranging from Industrial Engineer to Vice President of Engineering.

   Gloria Easler is a native Texan, with a degree from Texas Women's University and has over 30 years of diversified business and management experience.  She has been a licensed Georgia Realtor since 1985 and is the marketing director for the company as well as being responsible for accounting and administrative responsibilities.  She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Georgia Association of Realtors and has served in various leadership roles in the Metro South Association of Realtors.  A member of the Women's Council of Realtors since 1986, she also holds the prestigious L.T.G. designation, the only leadership designation in the N.A.R.  She is a G.R.I. recipient, Georgia Realtors Institute graduate, Certified Sales Professional (C.S.P.), a Sales and Marketing Council designation, through the Homebuilders Association, and an active Lifetime Million Dollar Club member.

Amanda (Easler) Kowall, daughter of Wayne & Gloria joined the business full time in January 2003.  Prior to that she worked part time in the business providing computer, marketing and design consulting.  A 1994 graduate of Henry County High School and a 1998 graduate of Georgia Tech with a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.  Prior to joining the family business full time, she worked for 5 years as a project manager with a software company in Atlanta.  She was also licensed as a Georgia Realtor in February 2003. 

Together the Easler's have built and marketed several hundred homes in addition to remodeling and commercial projects.  New homes built have ranged from 1200 sqft to 6900 sqft.  No matter the size, their goal is to build a quality home with the attention to detail that all home buyers deserve.
